COVID-19 Office Protocol

• Instructions to enter the building for your appointment:
  • Lancaster Location: Please enter through building 2108. You will be screened for COVID prior to entering our office.
  • Willow Street Location: Knock on the office door. A staff member will come out to screen you before entering the office.
• Per state requirements, anyone 2 years of age and older must wear a mask or face covering into their appointment.

• NO VISITORS:
  • Both parents may accompany their child to the appointment.
  • Due to distancing we are limited in waiting space, therefore no siblings may enter the office if they do not have an appointment.
  • Adults needing physical assistance or having cognitive issues may bring one person with them to their appointment.
  • We kindly ask that "drivers" wait in the main lobby or visit the 3rd floor Cafe.

• PRE-SCREEN QUESTIONS:
  • Have you had a fever over 99.9 in the last 5 days.
  • Are you having flu like symptoms, shortness of breath or cough?
  • Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 5 days?

If the answer is yes to any of the above questions, please call our office PRIOR to your appointment for clarification and further discussion.

• Campus Eye Center is a fragrance free zone. We ask that you refrain from wearing perfume or cologne.
